First Session
The first session, which is charged at my standard fee we will mutually agree if we are the “right fit” for each other as it is within our relationship that the work is done.
During that session I will ask you some administrative questions such as your full name, date of birth GP surgery and postal address.
The rest of the session is to explore together what brings you and how I might be of use to you.
If at this point you decide not to proceed there is no further commitment.
If you do wish to work together then we can agree on a set number of sessions usually at least six.
If we decide that you are unsure or have another longer number of sessions is mind beyond that we can work together until you have what you need.
We will continue to review and see what you are gaining, you will hear my perspective and again decide a focus or where you might wish to go with your process. Beyond that if you wish to end then I suggest we speak about it in a session and have at least one more session to end and say our goodbye.
My fees
I will provide my bank details for an online transfer. You can pay on a weekly basis before your session.
Note that prices will be reviewed each year.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions are weekly on the same day and time each week.
This gives you the assurance that I have time and space to work with you.
If you can’t attend a session please advise me as soon as possible in advance of the session.
I will always try to find an alternative session time however if this is not possible sessions not attended will be charged at my usual fee.
If you work shift work, please get in touch and we can arrange a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
